Pittacus is a Ticketing Solution which has a powerful features for closed loop tracking till closure. It can be used for customer complaints and feedbacks, which once captured can be routed through ressponsible staff and take it to closure. SLA's can be allocated, monitored and reported. It has automated Email facilities to prompt. It allows for upload of documents related to incident. Different views can be framed for Internal and External stakeholders. 
 
Pittacus can also be used to manage adhoc tasks internally. For example, Audit team can use Pittacus to create action items to respective members based on audit findings. Instead of Minutes of Meeting and MS word based approach, Pittacus allows structured caputre of findings, replies, interactions till the case is closed.
